When an enrollee reports a change of address update the case record with the new information. 10 day notice rules apply. If the client has moved out of state, the case can be closed without 10 day notice. See Section 803-1.
If correspondence was mailed to the wrong address, resend the mail to the new address. If you receive returned mail with no report a new address, see Section 803-2.
Request any other information needed to determine the effect of the change.
When a household reports a change of address, ask the household if they want to register to vote. See Section 101 for further information and instructions.
