OBSOLETE POLICY CHIP MANUAL |
Effective to June 30, 2010
Whenever an enrollee disagrees with an action taken on his case, he has the right to discuss the action with a Department representative. An enrollee may do this by calling on the telephone, by requesting an agency conference, or by requesting a fair hearing. Workers or Supervisors may respond in the same way, in person, by phone, or in writing.
