Immediately discontinue enrollment of an ineligible CHIP enrollee and send the proper advance notice.
Submit an overpayment referral when a child or case is ineligible for the following reasons:
Suspected Intentional Program Violation (SIPV).
A child or children enroll in a group health plan or other health insurance and the household did not report it timely.
