204 Residents of Institutions

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

Previous Policy

  1. Individuals who reside in public, non-medical institutions are eligible for CHIP enrollment if all other factors of eligibility are met.
  2. Individuals who reside in institutions which are not public (private) are eligible for CHIP enrollment if all other factors of eligibility are met.
  3. Residents of households are eligible for CHIP enrollment if all other factors of eligibility are met.
