204-3 Who is a “Resident” of a Household?

Previous Policy
A person living in a household is a resident of that household.
- A member who moves from a household to an institution may still be considered a resident of a household for the month they are admitted to the institution.
- A member who moves from an institution to a household is considered a resident of a household for the month they leave the institution.
- Exception: Members who leave JJYS custody will not be added back to the CHIP household until the month after they are released from JJYS custody.
