Records of hearing requests are kept by the agency that conducted the hearings.  The agency also keeps records of the content of the hearing and the hearing decision.  These detailed records are safeguarded according to the rules specified in sections 110 and 111.

The public may request and view summaries of hearing decisions which do not identify specific applicants and enrollees. The agency will make summaries available upon request.
