120-2 Fair Hearings

Effective Date: January 1, 2014

The enrollee, the enrollee‘s parent, or a representative of the enrollee, has a legal right to ask for a fair hearing any time they disagree with any action taken on their case.

Applicants and enrollees should file the fair hearing with the agency that took the action on their case that they disagree with.
